“While attending over 20 shows a year, I had the opportunity to attend the Sugar Grove Corn Boil (Sugar Grove, Il)... Opening for [national bands] City Harbor, Citizens Way, and Mikeschair was a local band from the far west suburbs of Chicago called 4th Point. This band, who has been a favorite on the local circuits, brought an energetic mix of youth and faith to the stage. The band itself probably doesn't realize that they are years ahead of their age... When listening to 4th Point, you can hear a sound that comprises some of our favorites into a sound of their own. Matt Ellis (lead vocals) is able to carry a passionate voice through a wide range of music.
